The ESSE consists of 1 Expressive and 1 Receptive Test:

Expressive Tests available:

ESSE:I (Interpreting Skills)

ESSE:T (Teacher)

It takes approximately 45 minutes for the Expressive testing (individual administration).

Receptive Test:

ESSE:R (Receptive Skills)

It takes approximately 2.5 hours for the Receptive test (group administration),

Plan to spend around 6 hours total to take both the Expressive and Receptive tests on the same day.
